We’re called to love our Christian brothers and sisters. This isn’t always easy, but with God’s help we can exemplify Christ’s love. This prayer, based on 1 Thessalonians 4:9-10, can get us started in growing our love. Pray this prayer and get us started with your love.

Prayer

Holy Spirit, fill me with greater and greater love for my christian brothers and sisters. I will love more, connect more, share more and serve more. My love will be infused with action. Give me deep friendships among the saints in Jesus name, amen.

1 Thessalonians 4:9-10

Now about your love for one another we do not need to write to you, for you yourselves have been taught by God to love each other. And in fact, you do love all of God’s family throughout Macedonia. Yet we urge you, brothers and sisters, to do so more and more,
