When life feels uncertain, Psalm 121 reminds us where our true help comes from—our ever-watchful, never-sleeping God. This short prayer and scripture pairing is a powerful reminder that we are never alone, never unprotected, and always held in God’s care. Let these words steady your heart today and, if they encourage you, share them with someone you love. Post it on Instagram, Facebook, or wherever you share hope—because someone else might need this reminder too.
Prayer
Lord, You watch over me. You’re my protector. I rest in Your loving care! Thank You for who You are and what You do. I bless Your name.
Psalm 121:1-8
I lift up my eyes to the mountains—where does my help come from? My help comes from the Lord, the Maker of heaven and earth. He will not let your foot slip—he who watches over you will not slumber; indeed, he who watches over Israel will neither slumber nor sleep. The Lord watches over you—the Lord is your shade at your right hand; the sun will not harm you by day, nor the moon by night. The Lord will keep you from all harm—he will watch over your life; the Lord will watch over your coming and going both now and forevermore.
