The call to be a prayer warrior is given to every Christian. Only a few believers take up this calling. Why don’t you take up this Christian duty today? You can do this by asking the Father for his empowerment for prayer and intercession. The prayer below is crafted from Colossians 4:2-4 and it does just that. Prayer

Father, make me into a mighty prayer warrior that will cover our leaders, preachers and evangelists as they seek to spread the gospel. Deposit a commitment to prayer in my life. Use my prayers for the preaching of the gospel; make that preaching powerful, clear and effective. Unlock outsiders’ hearts to Jesus in Jesus name, amen.

Colossians 4:2-4

 Devote yourselves to prayer, being watchful and thankful. And pray for us, too, that God may open a door for our message, so that we may proclaim the mystery of Christ, for which I am in chains. Pray that I may proclaim it clearly, as I should.
