I have a heart that burns for seeing the Holy Spirit poured out on our nation again. I long to see our culture invigorated by a church that’s fully empowered and reaching it’s potential. One of the things we know for sure is this will not happen without prayer.

The Bible is clear…

“…if my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land.”

2 Chronicles 7:14

What Am doing about revival?

It’s one thing to passively hope for revival. It’s totally another to do something about it. The question is, “What am I going to do about?”  I’m praying for revival. I’m sure you are too.  I’m developing a praying church. What else can I do?  There are tons of groups and movements that are adding logs to the fires of revival. The easy thing is to just bless them in what they are doing.  But conveniently this doesn’t place any responsibility on me. So I’ve decided I’m going to focus on placing another log on the fire of revival and hopefully help you place some logs on the fire as well. This “What else can I do?” question is what has birthed this blog and website.

I can either sit around and gripe about failed political solutions or I can equip people to pray. I can give people sample prayers that are based on scripture. Most believers have a desire to see the Holy Spirit move powerfully, but they are unable to put words to their desires. I can help people’s desires and needed words connect. Through this blog I hope to put out free prayers and resources that will help people pray in revival and live out revival by doing the following…

  1. Put words to Your desires to see the Holy Spirit move in Your life, church and nation.
  2. Connect people to God through the scriptures and prayer.
  3. Equip people to pray that have not been in the habit of doing so.
